2 out of 3 ain’t bad, but it ain’t awesome

Which brings up the question of what is work and what is it for? If it’s just for money that’s a pretty low bar to set. I want my work to be satisfying and interesting, and rewarding in and of itself. And I also want to know that I’m helping people. I can get by on 2 out of 3, in regards to money, interest and contribution, but always reaching for the trifecta.
