Zen and the art of the basketball

The Last Dance was more spiritual / philosophical than I expected. References to Jordan always being in the moment, creating mental motivations for himself that may or may not have actually happened, never thinking about missing a shot, overcoming mental and physical pain (both him and Scottie) and of course Phil Jackson’s gravitation towards Native American wisdom and spirituality, which guided his relationship as Rodman’s coach.
